SHIPPING
Postage within NZ
Postage throughout NZ is $4.95. If you purchase 2 or more copies you qualify for free shipping (Congratulations!), just enter FREESHIPNZ in the discount box on checkout.
All parcels are tracked and customers have the choice of signing for their parcel or nominating a place for the parcel to be left if there is no one home on delivery (i.e: please leave at front door).
To request 'signature required ' or to specify where the parcel can be left, please use the 'Notes' area when checking out.
You will find this at the bottom of the page after adding your address details and discount codes.
Please note rural addresses are not eligible for 'signature required' delivery.
We aim to process and ship all orders within 2 business days. Once your item has been shipped you will receive a notification email that will include the tracking information for your order. From this point, estimated delivery thoughout NZ is bewteen 2-4 standard business days.
International Postage
We welcome international orders and offer shipping worldwide. And if you purchase 2 or more copies you qualify for $5 off the shipping costs! Just enter discount code 5OFFSHIP in the discount box on checkout.
All international orders are sent using New Zealand Post International Air Service. This service does not offer tracking but offers insurance should any problem arise.
If you wish to complete your international order with tracking this can be arranged, at your expense, by contacting us BEFORE you place your order.
Tracking rates vary depending on location but generally START at an ADDITIONAL $15 above the standard post options.

For what ages is the Notebook suitable?
The notebook has been designed for children (and their parents) from when they first start talking right up to and including school children. It is also very popular as a baby shower present or birthday gift as it is so special and unique.
Do I buy one per family or one per child?
The notebook is designed to be used for one little person. With a special page to personalise at the front it becomes their own special book to record in, enjoy and keep forever.
Can I buy and send as a gift?
Yes! The notebook makes a perfect gift and we can even gift wrap your purchase, including a gift tag with a message from you! We can also send it directly to the lucky recipient. You just need to use their address in the shipping info while checking out and pop their name and your short message for the gift tag in the 'Notes' section on the summary page.
How long will it take to receive my order?
